Sound Healing Meditation

♫ Sound is the medicine of the future, as it has ability to penetrate places light can not. Sound helps to aligns, re calibrate and activate our DNA. Through conscious intention and internal desire we can allow for the sound to do all the work while we rest and let go.

♫ Treat yourself to an evening of divine self-care with blissful frequencies of singing quartz crystal bowls. Journey through an evening of self-discovery, healing and alignment.

♫ Beginning with a grounding meditation designed to relax you from tip to toe, followed by a journey into the sounds of quartz crystal healing bowls to relax, restore, heal and shift consciousness.

♫ As each crystal bowl is played beginning with our Root Chakra, traveling up through all other 6 Chakras and ending/grounding down back to our root, you can tune and balance your Chakras to promote health and emotional well-being.

♫ If we have one or more Chakras out of balance, then this can over time lead to physical, emotional or mental dis-ease. Keeping our Chakras aligned and “singing” with the harmony that they are meant to have can lead to a sense of health and balance and can improve our lives on many different levels

Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow to be comfortable. And enjoy the journey!
